Refund & Cancellation Policy. 1. No platform-held funds. RFPVenue never holds booking funds and therefore never refunds booking value. 2. Booking cancellations. Cancellations, charges and refunds are governed by the hotel's own cancellation terms in its offer, agreed directly between buyer and hotel. 3. Commission on cancellation. If an awarded event does not proceed, RFPVenue's commission is charged only on any cancellation fee actually paid to the hotel (the hotel's realised revenue); commission already invoiced on the original awarded value is credited accordingly.
