A round needs at least three comparable offers before it can open.
You open a reverse auction. Price can only go down. Hotels see their own rank and the price to beat — never each other. You award on best value, not a hunch.
Anti-sniping extends the deadline when a bid lands in the closing window.
The savings proof is the awarded total versus the average of confirmed comparable offers on that same package. You file it. The booking contract is still directly with the hotel.
Every proof is hashed, printable and reproducible under its recorded scoring profile.
The output
Awarded total, the confirmed-offer basis, the saving, the method, and a SHA-256 hash of the proof. Sourced quotes a hotel has not confirmed are excluded from the basis.
